Cheese Making Workshop - Make Your Own Cheese & Cheese Tasting Workshop | The Healthy Body Happy Mind Project | Freitag, 19. Juli 2019

In this practical cheese making and tasting workshop you will learn about different cheese making techniques and ingredients used to produce them.
You will have the chance to make your own samples of several cheeses choosing from mozzarella, ricotta, halloumi, goat's cheese, Scottish crowdie, queso blanco, labneh, paneer and plant based cheeses to take home with you.
In the second part of the workshop we will sample a range of soft and hard cheeses. Accompaniments will include a range of homemade jams and chutneys and homemade breads including a selection from the following: sour dough, rye, olive bread, cheddar and chilli, gluten free seeded bread.
You will be able to sample different combinations and see what you love best! Cheese lovers heaven!
You will be given your samples of fresh cheese to finish making at home along with your detailed notes to make cheese and the recipes for the chutneys, jams and homemade breads.

All the proceeds from the workshops we run go towards funding treatments for people recovering from cancer and chronic illnesses.
We run all our workshops in our kitchen and dining room where we have a large dining table for you to work at and plenty of worktop space to store your samples for later and taste all the delicious cheeses, homemade chutneys, jams and homemade breads. The chairs are nice and comfy and you will get a good view of the screen where we will show instructions for you to follow and examples of everything we will be learning about. Please bring an apron.
I'm a qualified holistic nutritionist and trained nutritional chef and I'm really passionate about making and eating really tasty and nutritious food for all my family and friends to try. I've been teaching people how to cook and eat healthily for over 30 years and love to make new things and experiment with flavours and textures. I run a whole range of workshops from cheese making, fermented foods and drinks, making protein bliss *****, making Christmas treats and gifts, learning to cook healthy vegetarian and plant based recipes and vision boarding and goal setting to name but a few!
If you are unable to attend your chosen workshop we can book you onto another workshop within the following 6 months or give you a gift voucher for somebody else to attend in your place.
