Give yourself a reward with a peaceful state of mind in a supportive environment place of 5-Star hotel in Lugano through step by step guidance in Meditation and Yoga programs. Learn ways of mind training from experienced Theravada Buddhist teaching monks. The programs provide the participants steps by steps Mindfulness Meditation through each session, such as Visualization technique, using of Mantra, sitting Meditation and Walking Meditation, together with Yoga exercises.
Meditation supports a better focusing, peaceful state of mind, easier sleeping and support medications of many illnesses.

3. The fee for joining the program is CHF150 to share the cost of meal and accommodations at the hotel and others. That includes the venue, lunch meal and coffee break in the afternoon.

Notes

1. Our group is a non-profit organization with the mission to promote world peace through inner peace.
2. For your comfort when sitting in meditation, clothing should be loose, simple, and comfortable. Sleeveless shirts and short, see-through, or revealing clothes should be avoided in the program. They also should be suitable for doing sitting meditation and Yoga.
3. Please bring the yoga mats for yoga sessions.
